Do you have experience as an operational police officer? We offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for former and current police to help with internal promotion or transition from service.
Nationally recognised qualifications help to bridge the gap with the civilian world and better inform employers about the experience you hold from policing. Further, they can add to your resume to support promotion within the job or movement to different operational areas.

During the free initial assessment, we require:
- Service record from your current or former police organisation
- If you cannot access your service record, your certificate of service or similar
- If you separated from service more than 5 years ago, your resume or similar information to cover your civilian employment will be required.
